A letter “C” under the checkbox of an App means that the related notifications will be cancelled
once the notification has been vocalized.
If you prefer that the notifications are not cancelled, you can disable the cancellation via a “long click” on the desired App, and then disabling the first checkbox. “C” will be changed in “N” and notifications will not be be cancelled.
This option is not suggested as it could cause the repetition of an already vocalized notification.
